StarPass Basic — $49/month
Our Basic Plan provides holistic coverage each month to give you peace of mind.
What you get:
- Four (4) in-office/virtual visits per year
- 20% discount on all other services including labs, X-rays, POC testing, and in-office medications
StarPass Premium — $75/month
Our Premium Plan is perfect for those who visit the doctor more regularly or have additional health concerns.
What you get:
- Eight (8) in-office/virtual visits per year
- FREE annual flu shot
- 20% discount on all other services including labs, X-rays, POC testing, and in-office medications
StarPass Family — $99/month for the first person, $15/month for each additional person, up to 4 people
Our Family Plan allows you to make sure everyone you love is covered. This plan is split between four (4) family members.
What you get:
- Twelve (12) in-office/virtual visits per year
- FREE annual flu shot per family member
- 20% discount on all other services including labs, X-rays, POC testing, and in-office medications
StarPass Business — $55/month per employee
Our Business Plan lets you offer healthcare to your employees in the most affordable and flexible way. You’ll also get access to an employee portal where you can easily manage your employees’ enrollment and billing.
What each employee gets with membership:
- Six (6) in-office/virtual visits per year
- FREE annual flu shot
- 20% discount on all other services including labs, X-rays, POC testing, and in-office medications
- Employees can upgrade to the Family plan for just $15/month more and have their entire family covered
Introducing StarPass for Behavioral Health
Your behavioral and mental health are just as important as your physical health
That’s why we now offer affordable access to behavioral health. With regular counseling sessions, our professional, licensed behavioral health providers are here to help you cope with trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and help you establish internal healing so that you can live the life you’ve always wanted to.
Sessions are 45 minutes each and are offered in person and virtually via telehealth.
If you have an existing StarPass health plan, you can choose one of the following behavioral health add-on options:
- $50/month for 12 visits a year
- $125/month for 24 visits a year
- $225/month for 48 visits a year
All medication management appointments are $89.
